Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing and using GST Invoicing by WLBS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

GST Invoicing by WLBS is a Shopify app that provides:

• GST invoices and credit notes for your Shopify orders
• Credit notes generated automatically for cancelled orders
• HSN codes and tax rates for your products
• Checks for duplicate and missing document numbers
• Reports, and import and export of your order data

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your Shopify store and any credentials used to access the Service, and for telling us at once of any unauthorised use of your account. You are responsible for the business details, tax rates and numbering you enter, and for checking the documents the Service generates before you rely on them.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our privacy policy, which is part of these Terms. When you uninstall the Service, your store’s data is deleted from it.

5. Plans and billing

The plan is described on the app’s page. It is billed by Shopify through your store’s bill after the free trial. Without an active plan you can’t generate new invoices; your existing data stays available.

6. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. It may be temporarily unavailable because of scheduled maintenance, technical issues beyond our control, updates to the Service, or third-party services it depends on, including Shopify.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WLBS and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WLBS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless WLBS and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms. If a change is material, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
